1. MILLS - OBLAZY

Surface: Wooded path
Profile: moderately difficult, up-and-down, some section foot switch
Total length: 6 km, 1-1,5 hour
Short description: If you have a taste for a little more demanding off-road climb and downhill certainly try it. Probably you have already traveled Nature trail Kvačianska-Prosiecka Valley, so you'll know what terrain are waiting for you. From Kvačianska red dot to the mouth Kvačianska Valley, here you set the options under the lightest gear, waiting for you the difficult climb on Hladká rock. Hold preferred on the right side of road, the end is fairly technical terrain with large rocks, and later with smooth rocks in a steep climb, we suggest that rather land and the most difficult section of curb bike alongside him. After this section at the top is a wonderful view of the rock called "Jánošíkova head”, you see yourself why. Followed already modest rise to the view in the canyon „Under Uhliská“. Terrain slightly declining, rising, riding on the mountain bike is enjoyment. Here is rising to the highest point on the route - Roháč where certainly land and enjoy the most beautiful view of the canyon Kvačianska Tiesňava. You will appreciate that it is already the end of a climb you can go way down, practically to turn to Mills Oblazy. If you have courage, you can try the path, but a sharp decline in the land rather than end up with injury, if you have less courage, feel free to head toward Huty. After the downhill, turn left on a wooden bridge over Kvačianku. Quite nice terrain to get to the mill.
On the back road you can push the bike on the path following the blue print to the road or path toward Huty and right before the bridge to Kvačany.

2. THROUGH SUCHA VALLEY

(Kvačany - Lipt. Matiašovce - Podmeštrová - Suchá dolina, Solisko and back.)

Profile: easy
Total length: about12 km, 3-4 hours.
Short description: Near the pub in Kvačany turn to the south (the road to the side street), go on field road. After a slight downhill turn the right to the grove and behind the bench over „Suchý Creek“, turn left. After the junction with the main route (Vyšné Matiašovce) follow it to the surge of approximately 150 degree curve (Podmeštrová) which begins a sharp slope.Then turn to the east to lower-quality asphalt road (Suchá Valley). Climb with different difficulty to continue to the end of asphalt road. On the right sides places are visible dusky hill and sharp, belonging to the Western Tatras, left Holica, the easternmost peak Chočské hills. Somewhere on the right side is possible to see “Sivý hill” and Ostrá, belonging to the Western Tatras, left Holica, the most eastern peak of Chočské hills.
Back, you can enjoy downhill through Suchá Valley, but be careful in curves because of forestry vehicles. From Podmeštrova continue the main route up to Nižné Matiašovce, where stands for attention mainly Roman Catholic Church of St. Ladislav, Renaissance-Baroque style of the early 16th century with baroque fortification of 17th century with corner bastions.

3. TO HAVRÁNOK

With visiting the original Celtic settlement in the museum in the wild ( Kvačany - Liptovská Sielnica - Hliník - Bobrovník - Havránok and back.

Profile: easy
Total length: 25 km, with visit Havránka 3-4 hours.
Short description: From Kvačany continue the main road course to Liptovský Mikuláš, at the crossroad near Benice, turn right, direction Ružomberok. On way around Liptovská Mara gives you unbelievable views of all Liptov mountains and bonus as well the High Tatras with majestic peak Kriváň. Behind the village Hliník at the crossroad, turn to Bobrovník, respectively Havránok or Hotel Jamajka. After the museum tour in wild to be continue to the weir, where is the original church of village Liptovská Saint. Mara, which was the construction of water works flooded. Near the church is the possibility of refreshments in the guest house. The path back is the same.

4. To folk woodcarver with visiting exposition BIRTHPLACES AND VALLEYS

After a visit at carver be continued to Veľké Borové and at the crossroad turn left to the pension Borovec, where you can refresh. Exposition BIRTHPLACES AND VALLEYS is open in the cultural house Veľké Borové in the period from 11:00 till 14:00. Through valley Borovianky you can return to Oblazy and Kvačianska valley to Kvačany

5. AROUND THE SEA LIPTOVSKA MARA

Track: Liptovský Mikuláš - crossroad near Liptovská Sielnica (9 km) - Bešeňová (10,5 km) – crossroad near Partizánska Ľupča (3,5 km) - Liptovský Mikuláš (16 km)
Lenght: 39 km
Excess: 300 m
Short description: The route leads around the dam Liptovská Mara slightly less dispersed to deforestation Liptovská Valley with beautiful panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. There is the possibility of shortening the alternative route trouhg the village Vlachy. The entire route, including abbreviations is well done by road bikes.

6. DOWN LIPTOV

Track: Ružomberok - Liptovská Osada (15 km) - Liptovská Lúžna (5 km) - Železné (7,5 km) - Partizánska Ľupča (15 km) - Bešeňová (4,5 km) - Ružomberok (11 km)
Lenght: 58 km
Excess: 606 m
Short description: Trace can be reached in the western part of the Low Tatras, the final leg passes Liptovska Valley. Track leads through relatively busy communications, but also in the quiet mountain road. Includes a difficult climb and is passable for road bikes.

7. KVAČIANSKA VALLEY

Track: Liptovský Mikuláš - crossroad near Liptovskej Sielnici (9 km) - Kvačany (5 km) – crossroad near Hutách (8 km) - Podmeštrová (10 km) - crossroad near Liptovskej Sielnici (6,5 km) - Liptovský Mikuláš (9 km)
Lenght: 47,5 km
Excess: 523 m
Short description: The route passes through the interface Chočské Hills and the Western Tatras, making it particularly attractive landscape. Trace leads through romantic Kvačianska valley and through sightseeing sections on the way back. For the length of 2.5 km through Kvačianska valley is passable road bikes with problems.

8. DEMÄNOVSKÁ VALLEY

Track: Liptovský Mikuláš - Jasná (16 km)
Lenght: 16 km
Excess: 543 m
Short description: The route leads through Demänovská Valley, the most popular and most visited valley in the Low Tatras. Ends at Vrbické lake. It is no problem for passable road bikes.

9. UPPER LIPTOV

Track: Liptovský Hrádok - Kráľova Lehota (4,5 km) - Čierny Váh (13 km) - Štrba (13,5 km)
Variant A: Štrba - Važec (7,5 km) - Kráľova Lehota (16,5 km) - Liptovský Hrádok (4,5 km)
Variant B: Štrba - križovatka pri Štrbskom Plese (10,5 km) - Podbanské (15,5 km) - Liptovský Hrádok (16 km)
Lenght: 59,5 km (A), 73 km(B)
Excess: 280 m (A), 623 m (B)
Short description: The route passes through the upper Liptov at the interface between the Low and High Tatras. Common segment to Štrba leads predominantly through forested valley of Black Váh. Shorter (and comfortable) variant A assumes the return of the eastern part of Liptov valley. Longer Variant B includes rather difficult climb on the Path of liberty. Both variants are no problem for the exit road bikes.
